Ugh
By the time it was my turn to order, it was almost time to go back to work. I ordered a cold salad and a sandwich but I received the wrong order. When I reminded the young person working at the deli that I received the wrong order she was trying to make it look like I had ordered that meal. The service was extremely poor and the food is not so great. Not going back at all. Too many places in the city to have a decent meal. Plus the lunches are quite expensive!!!!!

best spot of the wvillage
I love the food there. Always fresh and perfectly cooked. I dont understand the reviews about the service as it has always been perfect for me. Def a place to go and eat!

worst service
bonsignour is great but the service is terrible. as a person that frequents this establishment often it can be quite frustrating. they are CONSTANTLY messing up orders. not the smartest bunch. make sure to double check your order!!

some yummy food, if you can take the rude service
the service at this place is amazingly rude. it also takes forever to be served. there is generally a line and the staff seems to feel no sense of urgency to accomodate the customers. i usually grab a meatloaf sandwich, which is really good, but the cost makes it even harder to deal with the rude service.

Bland food, long wait, over priced
I just waited a solid 30 minutes for the most disappointing sandwich I have had in a long time. I ordered an avacodo, tomato, swiss sandwich with a tom. soup on the side... I waited forever and paid $15.60...

What happened to this place?
I have been coming here for years and have always loved their coffee and food and people. All the regular staff who have been there for years have always been, and still are, awesome... However, he new staff at the counter are unfriendly. There will be 3 to 5 people behind the counter and they will actually look you right in the eye and then ignore you, continue chatting with each other for several minutes until they take your order..this has happened too many times to count. This morning, when they finally deigned to take my order, I asked a question about the price of a sandwich. The guy behind the counter was so condescending to me about it, that because of his behavior I have actually been inspired to never to return to this place. It was just the straw that broke the camel's back. I went to the deli around the corner and got the same sandwich for 3 bucks and a smile. I hope the owner starts hiring some better people...then I might consider going back.

Raised prices 30[%] overnight!
I used to love this place for lunch, but I'm sad to say I will no longer return. I used to come here several times a week for their three salad combo, but literally overnight, they raised their prices over 30[%]! It's a little ridiculous? What was already priced pretty high at around $10, is now nearly $13! No thanks! Save your money and go elsewhere.
