It's a really unique place the food is delicious but the service is not so great they take forever to make your stuff and the people behind the counter are always chatting its like they forget they are at work

I truly enjoy the food and the people here... and yes, the service is on the slower side, but have you seen the size of the area they have? this is a tiny place..they take time and care in what they do, therefore you wait for the food that is made to order.... if you want fast food... go to a fast food joint and quit your unkind words. xo

Let me start by saying this-if one can count 5....FIVE plus comments about poor service in addtion to mine, I think there's a pattern here: Went on memorial day w/my girlfriend for salads. Somehow her salad tasted a bit spicy, and we couldn't figure out why. We though just too much pepper, but that was not the case. She asked for Balsamic Vinnegrette, but got mustard instead. I'm only a block away so she tried to bring the salad back. She had barley eaten half of it, but they refused to give her another one and said she ate too much. A blatent mistake on their part and no accountability. It's, really just sad: -location is great -food is fresh, and creative -reasonably priced for gourmet quality Would I go back?? Despite the obnoxious, and slow service, something tells me eventually I will still give this place a chance for the aforementioned reasons. I've lived around the corner for 5 years, and there's no reason why this place can't be a little bit more civil, and actually make a contribution to the neighborhood.

The food here is consistent but so is the poor service. There are always 4 people behind the counter but for some reason it takes at least 15 minutes to get in and out of here. Too bad, this place could be really great.

By the time it was my turn to order, it was almost time to go back to work. I ordered a cold salad and a sandwich but I received the wrong order. When I reminded the young person working at the deli that I received the wrong order she was trying to make it look like I had ordered that meal. The service was extremely poor and the food is not so great. Not going back at all. Too many places in the city to have a decent meal. Plus the lunches are quite expensive!!!!!

I love the food there. Always fresh and perfectly cooked. I dont understand the reviews about the service as it has always been perfect for me. Def a place to go and eat!
