    Rude Rude Rude

it was 11:30 at night, and we were the only people in there, and they were playing music really loud, and I couldn't hear what my dad or my wife were saying, I said to the waiter "can you turn the music down a bit, it's really loud" waiter: "sorry, can't do it" me: "what do you mean, you can't do it?" waiter: "can't do it" me: "You mean you won't do it? Or you physically can't do it because the knob broke or something?" waiter: "Can't do it" the food is good but the people running the place are so rude.

Very Solid Burgers and cheap beer

Had to fight our way in there on a Sunday night, but once we got a table, the meal was great. While it took a while for our medium-rare cheeseburgers to come out (normally a sign they'll be a hard medium by the time they hit the table), they actually were perfectly done, nice and pink inside, and appropriately sloppy. I love that spicy mayo sauce they have. And Genesee Cream Ale, while it means nothing to a Californian like me, transported my friend back to college.

    Great place to take Visitors

This really is the best place to take out-of-towners or those that come ALL the way from Manhattan to visit. Altho the space is tight, I've always had the best luck of coming right before the crowd (at least to get a few seats at the counterwhich is super fun cuz you get to witness the grillin' as well as the amazing amount of fries being dispensed.) Also having a few great brews on tap, the spiced burgers are wonderful since you get put just about anything on them. Oh, and the wings are yum too. Sidenotemy first visit I made the mistake of getting the grilled chicken sandwich with brie, which was just too dry. Stick to the burgers. Even the veggie burgers rock!

The burgers are in a class by them selves they are excellent. so the food is good - you get it, but the service is GREAT and that says alot! Kid-friendly and the wait-staff love kids - more goodness. thBKdiner.com

    get the wings!

as someone from Buffalo who appreciates really hot wings, I highly recommend the wings here. here's my guide. hot: your lips will tingle. hotter: you'll also sweat. hottest: you'll feel the wings going down every part of your GI tract, even the fries will taste like fire if you use your fingers, you'll have to throw out your contacts if you make the mistake of touching them within 48 hours, and you'll have some seriously painful consequences in the next 12-24 hours. usually i get the hotter wings. warning: depending on the cook and the spices available "hot" can actually be "hotter" and vice versa.

    Pick up only

Bonnie's grill makes some ridiculously good burgers, there are no two ways about it. They give you plenty of fries and the price is right. Never try to eat here though. Firstly, you will leave the restaurant reeking of cow product, which although is a nice change of pace, leaves much to be desired. Secondly, you will not get a seat, and if you do get a seat it will either be crammed in a corner or crammed at the bar, where you will really end up reeking. Thirdly, the service is not good. Overcrowded or not, they just don't care about you after you place your order, good luck getting a drink refill my friend. As a pickup option this place is great, just don't try eating here.

    Best burgers anywhere

Bonnie's makes one hell of a burger. Words can't describe it you just have got to try one. Service is fine, but not exceptional. A smile every now and then would be nice. But other than that, they always get the orders right, and in a timely fashion. Atmosphere there is my only gripe. The walls (where there isn't exposed brick) could really use a paint job. And the place is reeeeally small, and seating is very limited most of the time. It gets pretty crowded because of the # of tables jammed into the place. But it's totally worth it for the burgers.
