Never tasted better chicken before in my life!
The chicken is absolutely amazing here! Not only is the food good, but the portions are very good as well - you can definitely share....w/o a doubt, i will be back here soon!

Tender and Juicy
I don't care that sometimes the waiter takes a while to come and bring me more water. I don't even care how comically dark they make the restaurant after 5 pm. The chicken is out of this world good. Crunchy crispy skin on the outside, seasoned to perfection (I prefer the soy garlic), and the chicken meat on the inside is ridiculously succulent and tender. Can't overstate how good the drumsticks are. The pork potstickers are also incredible as mentioned in a review below. The waiters are also always cool when a group of my friends and I go there on Friday nights. We can get a little rowdy and they let us stay as long as we want. Food definitely outweighs the sometimes inattentive service and lackluster ambience.

Not very pleased
Sweet and dry was everything I had here. Not very appetizing and the waitstaff is not very friendly.... I will pass.

Potstickers are amazing!
The garlic soy potstickers are delicious. Crispy and coated with this sauce that is to die for. You don't need a dipping sauce because the coating is amazing. The wings are delicious too, crunchy, different from KyoChon wings. These have more of a crunchy coating, and the hot wings are not as painful as KyoChon's.

The Best Fried Chicken EVAR!~
Chicken is amazing and had my taste buds going crazy for more. I've read a lot of bad feedback about the service, but when I went for lunch, everything was on point. My order took about 15 mins, and everything was perfect. During lunch they box everything but at night, they seem to serve everything on plates and offer full wait-service also.

Great chicken, slow service
Bonchon chicken is great, but like most people here mentioned, the service was super slow.. and the restaurant was empty. Inexcusable, but the food is good.
