Tried delivery - the man on the phone 1) was rude, 2) could not speak English 3) could not hear. Tried pickup and was dissatisfied with both the quality and flavor of food but also the service.

Prices changes every time I order from them. They don't deliver things they charge for, then don't pick up the phone when you call them on it. Food quality is "hit or miss" at best. Sometimes it's tolerable, sometimes it tastes like they added a gallon of water to a pint of sauce. Save yourself the aggravation and order elsewhere, I certainly will.

We don't live in delivery range of ANY other Indian restaurants, and so we're bound to Bombay Grill. Their food is fine. When it comes. The last few times we've tried to order it's been "too cold," or some other such strange excuse. I'm craving Indian and I'm so irritated! This place has just OK food, which would be forgivable if they were reliable. But, in fact, they are useless.

I order take out and the nicest thing I can say is it arrived 45 mins later. When the house special is made with Uncle Ben's instant rice. I wonder if the owners have ever been to India.

I am from out of town and every time I visit friends and family in NY I insist on going to this restaurant. The wait was a little long my first time going, but the people there were beyond generous and offered many side dishes on the house. I have always been a fan of Indian food and have been to many Indian restaurants, this one is definitely worth what you pay.

After particularly annoying circumstances, I get my comfort food here. The food is quite good. Prices are completely affordable. And the service is always attentive & timely. I particularly appreciate Nazrul's friendly, eager & charming manner. My ancient Mediterranean roots dictate that guests be treated as intimates, yet with great honor & respect. Nazrul never fails to accomplish this. I recommend Bombay Grill most highly & with enthusiasm.

The food took forever and was bland. The vegetables in one of the dishes were frozen and overall the meal was disappointing. The samosas were tasty however. Not worth the money- go someplace else.
