Very good pizza (by the slice)
This place has very good "regular" NY style pizza by the slice - which I recommend. They also have individual pizzas, sandwiches, salads etc. and so on, but the rest of the food is just so-so - the pizza by the slice is very good for a quick bite to eat.

Not so great
This place is expensive...even for midtown. AND there seems to be a sliding price scale. I've never paid the same price twice for the same order. Also, one associate told me prices are higher on weekends. The food is OK, but not worth the price.

Catering
The new catering guy there is awesome and really aims to satisfy and please his customers. They arranged catering for my office and did a great job with his presentation.

It all depends
The staff is hit or miss. It's also luck of the draw with the breakfast guys...you'll know which one runs the show while the other two get in his way. I love the food, but get really frustrated when I order the same things day after day and pay a different price every time. Either the cashiers are incented to get people out the door so fast that they screw up, or their system needs improvement.

Fast Fast Service!
The only thing that make Bocca stand out in the crowd....is the service. I only spend around 5-8 mins from ordering...waiting...gathering other stuffs...paying...and get out of there. My secret...is to know who's the best cashier there....If you're in a hurry & wanna get out fast...the best cashier is the smiley asian one by the door. She's very fast & polite.

Recommended-if you're treating yourself
Very good food but very pricey (You pay a little more to get extactly what you want!).
