As a meatball snob I have to say.. they have some of the best I have tried ! And don't sleep on the mint pana cotta with rhubarb.

As a former resident of SoHo/LES for many years that decided to move to Cobble Hill for the charm, and after perfecting and exacting my palate at all the city culinary hot spots, Bocca Lupo is still a rewarding gem to come home to Brooklyn to. It's not the HOLY GRAIL of sandwiches, but I wouldn't hesitate on taking a friend here if she were in my neighborhood.

I eat out every night and I get my eat on here at least once a week. Never had a bad meal. The food is always consistent and actually seems to get better each time I go. Great specials and nice service...though a bit slow. Can't complain cause the price is wright!

it's a funky space with great service, so-so wine, and acceptable food. it is not on par with places in tribeca or soho. judging by all the 5 star reviews, the clientele simply is not as exacting or experienced as manhattan clientele. this place gets cut a lot of slack for being brooklyn ("it's great FOR brooklyn!").

I am always blown away by the quality here. No need to go to Manhattan. Not with places like this in BK. This is one of the best in the neighborhood with great food and wine......and get this..... VALUE! You won't be disappointed.

Had a great time here the other night. Food was perfect. Great bang for your buck. Best risotto we ever had!
