Just so darn Yummy!
Finally walked down and tried this place on a beautiful summer night. I was hoping for good, and I got great! Literally had to stop myself from making noises after each bite. I got the fried chicken platter, comes with 3 pieces, a biscuit and basic leafy green salad with a light flavorful dressing. I also got a side of mac and cheese and homemade lemonade. Seriously everything was perfect. the Mac had such a good homemade taste, they use really good cheese (it was really greasy but i didn't care). I poured honey and hot sauce over the chicken and the flavor combo was unbelievable! took about 15 minutes for food to come out, but was piping hot and obviously just made. The girl behind the counter was chill and efficient. I am going to try delivery next time. Give it a shot!

Tasty food and the price is right!
I have been to this establishment twice and thoroughly enjoyed my food on both occassions. I have tried the fantastic fried chicken, the yummy pork chop sandwich and the grilled chicken, which I really enjoyed -- it was moist and flavorful. I really enjoyed the salad that comes with the chicken platters -- lightly dressed, fresh veggies -- as well as the cheese grits and the mac and cheese. I am a northerner, and never really enjoyed grits when I've tried them in the past, but I thought these were great. Mac and cheese was good too, as was the biscuit. The atmosphere is nice - comfy, clean, casual with friendly service. I highly recommend bobwhite, this is a great place to go to for an affordable, delicious, and eco-friendly meal. I can't wait to return!

Tastes like home
My boyfriend and I stopped in here for lunch yesterday. It is a cute, unassuming little place. I had the fried chicken, he had the pork chop and we shared a bowl of cheese grits. The owner also brought over biscuits for us to try. Both of our sandwiches were great. As a Georgia native, I can say the biscuit and the fried chicken sandwich tasted exactly how they should. Skip the grits. I am very excited to have this place in the neighborhood and will definitely be back!

Great addition to the hood.
So glad to see a new place open on Ave. C! Great atmosphere, great people, delicious food, clean, good music, well edited beer selection. I'll go back for sure. Thought the sides could have been better, but the fried chicken and porkchop sandwich were delicious. Hope this place sticks around.

New place, will they make it?
Ok first of all there seemed to be ALOT of tension between the workers. Like, we had just interrupted a heated argument. Good juicy chicken but soooo small! Prob one of the best but what's with the little wings and drumsticks? They don't give you any actual sides , just a really bad biscuit and very big salad
