Please read this and follow my advice. I know when you read ribs on the menu it is sooo tempting but Blue Smoke is all about the burger and the sides! Remember, Shake Shack lovers, BS has the same owner! Save yourself some $$ and get the burger. It is won-der-ful. Next the chicken wings (hot and smokey), the devil eggs, collard greens, the baked beans (most of the times - they have been undercooked a couple of times i have had it), and last but not least, the ice berg wedge with blue cheese and bacon. These items cannot be beat - wonderful, wonderful, wonderful....

Went here to see what all of the fuss is about... Salad was soggy and just not tasty. Our ribs were just not good tasting as well as the beans and sweet potato fries (huge cut up sweet potatoes with no flavor) were just not tasty at all. The beer selection was the only good thing.

I went here for a weekday lunch on a whim b/c they had outdoor seating....except they didn't have anyone to service the outside area so we wound up sitting inside. It was cramped and got extremely loud as the place filled up. I had the Maryland crab salad which was excellent but so tiny I was starving before we even left the restuarant. My colleague had the ahi tuna which seemed a decent portion. Both were on the pricey side. I also thought the menu was limited but maybe I shouldn't have gone to a BBQ place for lunch (didn't want to eat messy ribs). The servers were very friendly but I don't think I will be going back.

I can't say I'm a complete carnivore conoseur but I do like partake now and again. I think the selection was quite decent, from different BBQ sauces to dry rub to pork or beef. I tried the combination platter and was not disappointed. I'm a dry rub pork rib fan myself. The sides were excellent and the staff courteous. Atmosphere could be a little cozier but the place is super clean and nothing but professional. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a bite. I know I will continue to do so.

Despite the Disney World-eque atmosphere, really enjoyed my time here. The deviled egg appetizer was the best I've ever had. Coleslaw also amazing. Mac n cheese too. Would rate these dishes over the actual ribs but all in all a delightful experience.

I love this restaurant, as do all my friends and family who have been there. Legendary ribs, delicious sides, and a lively atmosphere. I'll keep going back for years to come.

I recently dined here because of its high recommendations, but I truly felt it was overrated. I had the baby back ribs which were dry and and had very little BBQ sauce on them. The BBQ sauce they had on the table (sweet and regular) was nothing special either. Their sweet potato fries were ok. They were merely a Sweet potato cut in quarters and fried only enough on the outside, so the inside was still mushy. The dip that comes with it was pretty good. Their mac and cheese was probably the best dish I had, but still wasn't anything special. THE GOOD. The service was outstanding. All the waiters cater to your needs and aren't just working one table at a time. Food was delivered promptly and your plates were cleared quickly as well. Everyone was also very nice and helpful. It's too bad their food isn't as good!
