    Where did my food go?

Went last night with a party of 10. The Rack of Lamb with figs was unbelievable, but I didn't get to finish it! I was literally still holding my fork when the remainder of my meal was whisked away!

    Good experience!

My friend and I went to the Blue Fin last week and really enjoyed it. It was a little pricey but the food was good and the waitress was really sweet. We liked the atmosphere - the dimmed lighting and the tea - light candles on the stairs. Also, the location is ideal if you're walking around midtown. I am actually going back there next week.

Slightly below the BR Guest Standard

While I would highly recommend dining at any one of the BR Guest restaurants; I'm starting to feel that their newer locations are just about atmosphere and the bar...not the food or service. Pricing was moderate to high but the quality of the food is good....just not as high in quality as you would expect. Sushi was creative, but you can't compare against the traditional joints in the city. Our waiter kept trying to push the higher ticket items on both the menu and the wine list - which is ok if he knew what he was talking about. Tough to get them to come by while you're dining - they only come by to check once in a while to see if you want to order more drinks. One postive note - designer did a very good job designing the place...very cool. p.s. Don't forget to bring a dollar to the restroom for the attendant!

    Great food, poor service

The food was very good and an interesting combination of flavors. Service was friendly whenever you got any attention Had to ask for coffee refills, condiments, etc. Seemed unaware of what is needed for the meal to be complete. Could have just been our server

    Great Sushi!

The sushi was absolutely amazing! A little small though, order a lot if that is your main meal. The entrees were good, but not necessarily worth the price. Great atmosphere and service! Perfect for before and after the theater. Try the Blue Fin Cocktail!

    Service Could Be Better

The food here is delicious, but the lackadaisical service spoiled the experience for us. The servers are very friendly and pleasant, but don't know the first thing about the kind of service a great restaurant demands. I'd go back, but with a an extra helping of patience!
