Great food! Servers tried hard
I went with my mom pre-theatre on a Saturday and got right in. We were suprised to find that we got a complementary cocktail with brunch, which was delicious. I didn't find it too pricey at all for a New York restaurant. Would have given service a higher mark but we didn't get our drinks until after the meal had been served and we had asked two differet people. Overall the staff was nice and we had a great time.

A Times Square Surprise
While on a Theater week in NYC, we were introduced to this oasis in a sea of hustle and bussel! I can not say you get out of the situation as we found the restaurant very noisy, but the superb service made the sounds desolve. Food is quite good. I had the "pink" grouper with lobster rissoto and the dish was excellent. Fish was moist and the sauce a compliment. I could have had a bowl of the bisque like sauce! Desserts were great. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive without being overbearing. Just do not go here with a headache or the noise will send you over the top.

Great brunch!
They have greatest brunches. Rich fruit juices and smoothies. Blue fin is great place for weekend brunches. Great atmosphere at broadway and waffles and omlets are both great. Ok crossaints also. However, if you order whatever you want it can get pricy. Me and my boyfriend paid $67 with tip for brunch.

Blue Fin Left Me Feeling Blue...
...Blue from the sticker shock that is, when I picked up the check. The food was good. The service was good. The atmosphere was OK (better at the bar). The place is completely over-priced.

Classy spot amidst frenetic times square
Went with a couple friends last week. The sushi was very good--although small and pricey. We all ordered different types of fish (sea bass, tuna, and halibut I believe). My friends thoughts their's were ok, and I like my Chilean Sea Bass a lot--the goat cheese was the real kicker. Overall I'd have to say the restaurant's best attribute is it's wonderful atmosphere. We were treated to a jazzy piano/singing performance the entire night as we ate/chatted. Although this place is pricey, I would come again!

Yummy!
I went with my husband last night to blue Fin and it was wonderful! The service was great and the food was delicious! I recommend the Chilean Bass and the spicy tuna roll. In the words of Rachael Ray, "Yum-o."

Wonderful Meal
This was a pleasant surprise. We were looking for something diferent, and we found it. The food was fabulous the service was excellent. The desserts were delisious, however the coffee was terrible. I don't know how they could serve it. I like strong coffee, but it tasted like it was made the day before and left cooking. I even tried a second cup because I thought for sure it must have been a bad pot. The second cup was just as bad. Shame on them for letting the meal end like that. Next time we'll have to end wiith a wonderful apple martini! Highly recommended.
