    Fine Dining on Broadway

We chose Blue Fin for the BWAY location and participation in Restaurant week offering a 3 course $38 meal and we were not disappointed. Requested a quiet table for 2 upstairs and it was honored. Blue Fin offers a wonderful menu to suit all your food desires. Specialty Eel maki roll was delicious along with a yummy mixed salad and a tasty sushi roll. Ordered the steak and it was a surprising large and tender piece of filet mignon coupled with hot fries, perfectly cooked medium rare something you would get a top steak house. Desserts offered were just sweet enough making our dining experience comfortably relaxed and truly satisfying. The attentive staff was always around and professional.

    Fabulous

Had lunch at the BlueFin during the week. Everything about it was 5 starts. The Food was amazing, they brought samples of shop to our table, the waiter was fabulous - even the manager stopped by our table to see how we like everything. Before leaving they each one of us a little bag of chocolate chunk cookies. I loved everything about the Blue Fin and plan on making it a regular stop. I highly recommend it.

way below expectation . sunday brunch

Here forweekend at hotel. Came down at noon. Plenty of open tables. All party of 2 were at 4 chair table, except us , although at least six more available. Farmers omlete watery piece of leathery turkey bacon on top, not in the omlete. All others getting excellent service. Difficult to get server attentioneven. We came here twice for meal and same type service and seating even at dinner the other day. Wasnt going to say anything until this morning. Leaves bad taste in mouth...

    99.9% Perfect

Seated upstairs - pre-theater...Amazing waiter. I ordered 2 appetizers - grilled baby octopus salad - fantastic! And shrimp with some pasta - Delicious Boyfriend had salad and special tuna over Asian noodles - Loved it. Split Meyer Lemon tart - really really light and wonderful. Time to spare and they didn't rush us out. Nice surprise b/c last time I wasn't at all pleased -- good recovery!

a feast for the eyes as well as the palette

The first thing I noticed was the decor. The waiter thought it was normal that I asked the name of the architect. Yabu Pushelberg. I should have known as it was done in their wonderful modern style. A feast for the eyes each way I turned. I was invited to look around and none of the staff thought it was odd that I wandered about the two floors admiring the decor. But a restaurant is for food as well as ambiance. The waiter recommended the salmon and suggested it be served as the chef prefers, medium rare. I took him up on this suggestion and must say it was done perfectly. I was a bit worried about the brussel sprouts having memories of being forced to eat such things to get dessert. All four of us agreed, "the brussel sprouts are amazing". Wine was fantastic of course. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, except I live thousands of miles away. When I return to New York, this restaurant is on my "must do" list.
