I'm a big fan of BLT Fish and BLT Prime, but this place was not very special. There are hundreds of places in the city that serve a better and cheaper burger than BLT Burger. The burgers were ordinary and so were the fries. And my chocolate shake was terrible... all milk and no ice-cream, it was like drinking flavored milk. In all fairness, the lamb burger was very good and showed some of the flair and originality you would expect from a BLT resturant. Also it was very loud (I think they have bad accoustics) and the draft beer selection was lacking. Before you waste your money here, try your local diner. The burger, fries, and shake there are guaranteed to be better and a whole lot cheaper!

The food is good. Burger is small though. Problem: the meal takes forever to come - wait time from order - 30mins. and dont bother with the milkshake, because by the time it comes, you're done eating.

When Blt Burger first opened, the burger was 2 5oz patties with cheese and bacon for $11. No fries included, but the burger was decent enough to warrant that. The food was served promptly and there were no real problems(i had gone about 4 times up until yesterday). The atmosphere was pretty laid back with music that i didn't pay attention to. I went there yesterday, ordered the blt burger and was served just a normal small burger... i thought, hey this is messed up they gave me the $8 burger... so i asked the waiter... who is walking around in cheesy applebees like shirts that say 'got beef?' and other very un thought provoking statements. He said they changed the burger, kept the $11 price tag, took 4oz off the meat, lost the bacon, and no cheese. I was dissapointed, so I finished the hamburger and the waiter promptly picked up my food. I am sitting at my table waiting for the check, no food in front of me, just an empty glass of water for about 15 minutes... the restaurant was about 1/4 full. I just paid what i thought the food would cost and left. I wont go there anymore... an ok burger spot is now an applebees wannabe. It's clear they want this restaurant to be a franchise, but it's just not going to happen.

i was hoping for the best...it was pretty bad. called for delivery...they were very nice on the phone but i was on hold for probably 6 minutes! they told me it would be 45 mins and it was. ice cream for both desserts forgotten but was charged on the bill. they were VERY nice when i called and said they would get it right out. it came a little later and the delivery guy was soooo apologetic but you could tell it was totally the kitchen's fault. the chili cheese fries were delicious. the burger was not. it reminded me of one that you get at a school picnic at the end of the year! lol....seriously! desserts were kind of lackluster too.

I was excited to try BLT Burger takeout for the first time despite the bad reviews. Unfortunately, the reviews are correct - this place is not very good. The veggie burger was nothing more than a giant falafel on a mushy bun with lettuce and tomato. I'd like to tell you how the cookies were, but they forgot to put part of my order in the bag, as the server was quite unattentive. I also overheard others in the restaurant complaining about the poor quality food. Just an overall a subpar meal.

I've been to BLT burger about 8 times now. The burgers are yummy, I've tried the turkey, lamb, blt, and classic and while they're all good I tend to prefer the BLT burger and the classic burger. My friend's love the American Kobe burger too. The burger's are just the right size to be able to also eat the delicious waffle and sweet potato fries along with a milkshake. The milkshakes and sundaes are really delicious. Today I tried the carbomb milkshake and it was incredible!! (especially for a non Guiness drinker) The atmosphere ends up being great when you're in a booth, not too loud and comfortable. Whenever we crave burgers now, this is where we go. Great burger for a great price.

We went to this place to have a good meal. Well, I did not know that a burger takes 45 minutes to make. The server took our order and never returned. We had to remind him to bring our drinks after sitting there for 15 minutes without anything- not even water. The burgers FINALLY came out and although somewhat tasty, they were not very big or out of this world. It defenitely did not deserve the hype. If waiting was not enough, BE VERY CAREFUL, this place takes upon itself to add an automatic 20% to your card without notifying u ahead of time. They basically hope you won't check your statement and figure it out. When we called to find out what THAT was about, their excuse was "we do it automatically to make sure the transaction on the card comes through" huh? that is BS! I have never heard of such a thing! AND if that is their policy they should be upfront about it. Play by the rules BLT!!!!!
