Underwhelming
Ate here for the first time this week. Low-key vibe was fine, reasonable prices were a pleasant surprise. Ordered the Kobe burger medium. What I received was a charred well-done crumbly hockey puck-like piece of beef on an underwhelming bun. The fact that they would even serve something that came off the grill like that told me all I needed to know about this place. Stay away is my suggestion. Only positive was that fries were good.

awesome burgers!!!
The burgers here might be the best burgers I have ever tasted. I went once with my girlfriend and we split a BLT burger and an american kobe burger. Do not get the Kobe, only get the BLT, it is far superior. Fries are pretty good but the burgers are what you come here for. Rare to medium rare, i guess medium is fine too but come on,whats better than rare meat?

Kid friendly, but don't order out
I go here a lot b/c the kid I take care of loves BLT and it's kid friendly. The burgers are good, the milkshakes and fries are also really delicious. However, I made the mistake of having delivery one time, and it was not good. It was late, I had to call to ask where the heck my food was (I live ONE block away), the food arrived cold, and they forgot to include the fries. Helloooo? However, dining in I've always had great service the waitstaff are cool and nice and quite competent as far as my experiences there have gone. Not a lot on the menu for variety, though, so keep that in mind. It's a burger joint. Period.

Excellent Burger Spot
Dined here recently with some friends. Read some reviews and looked extensively at the menu via the website. BLT Burger lived up to everything I had read. Had a drink at the bar - great [select]ion of beers on tap and bottled. Note BLT keeps its beer tap completely frozen providing for the ultimate cold beer. Sat down and ordered the chicken wings to start. Lightly breaded and fried crispy we got half BBQ and half Buffalo. Some of the better wings I have had in this city. Ordered the BLT burger, which was excellent - proprietary mix of fresh sirloin, chuck, brisket and short rib s an extremely juicy burger. Sauce and pickle excellent touch. I added a fried egg and onion ring, which we ordered as a side for the table. Really great burger would come back just for this. Sides were the Vidalia onion rings, which have a really nice batter and are sweet (as any Vidalia onion should be) and chili cheese fries. Both were very good. Finished the meal with the Twinkie milkshake - I don't love Twinkies but this is something you should try. Vanilla ice cream with small pieces of Twinkies and caramel sauce. Excellent. Given the quality of food and price I think the restaurant is well worth it. Burgers are outstanding. Sides are very good and the desserts are not to be missed. Will be back in the near future.

Incompetent staff
Don't get me wrong, the burgers (and fries) here are pretty great, but the person who took my order was about as smart as a pile of rocks. She didn't get anything right on the first try, and when my order came out to $14.53, she told me the minimum order was $15.00. I asked her if I REALLY needed to order something additional considering that my order was under by $0.47, and she just said very matter of factly, "Yes." Then she asked me if I wanted to order anything additional, like fries. HELLO, I JUST ORDERED FRIES. Sigh.....

worth it
first of all the hat beer is great. I had the Kobe burger medium rare and it melted in my mouth. Me and my friends had waffle fries, the regular fries and the onion rings. They were all great. Perfectly salted and fried. We were pretty full, so we split the mud pie. I was all good. It was a few dollars (about $45 a head for a burger joint) more than we wanted to pay before we got there, but we left saying we would be back
