The place has a very nice vibe and the service was very good. When we arrived there were mostly families finishing dinner in the comfortable atmosphere, having a good time. By the time we were leaving the place started to fill up with alot of cool looking young men and women. The burger had very nice flavor. Cooked as ordered and nicely presented it was, unfortunately, very small and lukewarm. Bread/meat ratio was way off as the brioche roll it came on overpowered the little meat patty. The meat when you could find it under the bread, cheese and onion was beefy and juicy but fleeting, leaving you wanting more. I ordered bacon on mine for $1.50 and got 1 slice cut in half. The skinny fries were basically the supermarket frozen fries with the salty crunchy coating on them. The kind you get at the supermarket for $5 for two bags. Here you literally get a tin measuring cup full for $5. Their shake was a thing of beauty...the right amount of richness, sweetness and thickness, the flavor was mwah luscious, but again $11 for an average size fountain glass left me wanting more for what it cost. I will probably go again but not when I am hungry.

Not kidding. I am a 51 yr. old gourmand. I know this is a huge statement. Their proprietary in house burger blend is spectacular. I've been here three times in the last two months with different people and everyone has been startled by how good the burgers are. (also, first class cheese choices - Great Hill blue!) To set the record straight, the burgers are always correctly cooked to order (mine and wife's rare - friends' were medium rare and medium well). The service is notably professional and great. Also, stunningly good onion rings. Shakes are way above par - many creative concoctions. I looked at some of the negative reviews here and had to comment. The staff is so warm and accommodating that I find it hard to believe you can't easily have any disappointments corrected. My companions and I have never had less than fantastic food and service here. Do not believe the nay-sayers.

I had the turkey burger and not the beef. It was small, dry, and the massive hard bun that sat on top added nothing but an enormous presence and dryness. The burger was about a 1/2 inch in from the bun on all sides. The menu said the turkey was from breast meat, but the dark color and gamy taste told a different story. The server was somewhat pushy and with an attitude. I’ve been to the other BLT venues and always felt the bills were stiff, but the food was great. Here the food was sub-prime, and my bill was $22 for a quick lunch.

I've been here quite a few times and am always happy to return. I love the blt burger and the lamb-merguez burger, which I order medium and always come just cooked through and dripping with juices. Excellent fries, and I am a fan of their cole slaw. The staff are really nice. My only complaint is the noise level.

The Burgers are small, well-done and don't come with anything. They are not remarkable in taste either, so I am not sure why you would come here. Waitress was a sweetheart, but couldn't save the meal.

Burger is laughable compared to even your basic pub burger at any generic establishment. The bartender was really cool and they have good beers on tap but I can't believe anyone would think the burger was close to remarkable. Also, they put mustard on (which we don't do in america Laurent) which only shows that the little well-done patty needs all the help it can get!
