Slowest Delivery
While the Skyscraper Sandwich was tasty, it was cold and soggy after I waited an hour and 20 minutes for delivery! I like the food but why even bother offering delivery service if you can't keep up with the demand.

Slow delivery/Tiny portions
I waited more than an hour for my food to be delivered and had to call and complain. When it finally arrived, I was surprised to find that there were only six small sweet potato wedges, which had cost $4.25. I only ordered them because my last meal from here (the Skyscraper Burger) left me still hungry. The Midtown Melt, while tasty, was soggy. I don't know why they don't toast the bread for warm sandwiches. Maybe they would by request...

Midtown Melt is the BOMB!
I agree with NYer. This is an excellent, bright little eat-in, take-out place for healthy vegan salads, sandwiches, wraps, etc. I've been here several times and everything was good, but today I had the Midtown Melt and it was absolutely one of the most insanely good things I have ever eaten! Service is friendly and efficient. Prices are, to me, reasonable for the quality.

Overpriced
The sandwiches are very overpriced for what I got. There was hardly any Seitan between the bread. The dressing on the salad was very strange tasting making it difficult to eat. I can honestly say that we walked out hungry and feeling ripped off.

Very delicious!!
I'm not vegan, but I could be if all vegan food was this delicious. Food here is super yummy and isn't missing any flavor that you'd imagine meatless meals might. I'd swear the flaky pot pie crust was made with butter or lard and the mouth watering inside made with chicken stock. Midtown Melt sandwich is my fave! Fabulous! I live in the area and decided to try this place for convenience not expecting much. Wow, what a find!!! This place will change your idea of vegan. Someone here knows how to cook, period. Yum!!! Welcome to Chelsea.
