Keeps bringing me back!!
What can I say, The Rock keeps drawing me back whenever I am anywhere Manhattan. When you walk in, you feel like a long lost friend, the staff is more Irish than staffs in the oubs abd restaurants in Ireland.

Real Irish Pub!
I have seen and been in many so called Irish Pubs around the world in many cities. The Blarney Rock is soooo real because of the great Irish wait staff and bartenders. They seemed to be right off the boat, meaning very friendly, warm and with big smiles! They seemed genuinely interested to haer about were we were from and what we were doing in NYC. They offerred help with sightseeing tips and other info. The Blarney was a great experience, you have to visit. Oh! You have to get one of their business cards, it will blow you away!

Eat before Knicks or Rangers and after
We need a place to watch the Michigan - Ohio State Game that would also be close to the Garden for the Kicks - Celtics Game. We asked several NYPD at the MSG and they immediately pointed across 7th to the Blarney Rock. It was great! We watched the #1 vs #2 football game, ate great burgers, drank very reasonably priced brews and met several extremely nice people who work there. We are from all over the US and we loved the hospitality extended to us so much that we went back after the Knicks game for a night cap or two. We will definitely make the Blarney Rock a regular stop when we are in town and recommend you do the same,

Blarney Rock Pub a bar you need to go
Hello I visited NYC this summer august 2006 i am belgian and in belgium we have some very good bar and a lot of irish bar . Well this blarney rock is realy nice with very good ambiance if i agree to say that bottle beer like bud will cost you 5$ ,you better to drink the stella belgian beer 1/2 liter for only 6$ . To get a big stella at this price in NYC you will need to pay more somewhere else . You have a lot of tv in this bar and if you like to see the yankee playing this will be the good place :) The food is not bad typical food for a irish bar and the barmen is a realy nice and friendly guy at evening :) So that you are new yorker or not when you are in NY not far from madison square garden go drink a beer and take good time in this bar :) I hope to be back there before 6 months for my next trip in NYC Olivier Van Loven

Best Pub in New York
First class service, friendly Irish waitresses and bar tenders! Real authentic pub! Its close to Madison Square Garden so the bar is buzzing with hockey fans before every game, the atmosphere is fantastic! On St. Patrick’s Day it’s the place to be with real Irish food and Irish staff your guaranteed the best craic ever! Looking forward to going back in June to see everyone there! A trip to New York isn’t complete without a visit to the Blarney Rock Pub.
