why are the servers in such a bad mood?
this place used to be better when it was just a coffee shop.... i would go here more often except i usally avoid it due to the moody staff. interior/decor is great- coffee+tea drinks + desserts seemed like a good combination (for a while, it was always packed-- especially since the read closed) now the new menu is sort of boring- and who needs another wine bar on bedford???

great bites, good vibes
This place is a warm welcome to the area. It's got an inviting atmosphere and the menu is good. I wouldn't come here to get full, it seems like more of a snack place. I love their beet salad. It's been fresh every time I've had it. The service can be a little lacking, but that's bedford ave for you! Otherwise, this place is tasty and has great stuff.
