Poor delivery service
While the burgers and food are terrific - and we are excited to have a good burger joint in Murray Hill - the delivery service is poor, including cursing to my doorman and pretty much throwing the food at me complaining about a $2 tip for a half a block walk for a $8 order. Unacceptable service.

Best I've had in a long time
A nice surprise - understated environ but excellent burger. Quick and easy. R/C cola and root beer a nice touch. Eat it here and treat yourself.

Really good!
This place is near my job! I just recently discovered it. What called my attention was the name, I thought it may be like the Shake Shack. The burgers tasted pretty much the same as the Shake Shack. So they were really good. The fries were ehhh nothing special...reminded me of skinny Mc Donald fries, except that they had no salt, which is healthier. I wouldn't recommend for delivery because the burger will get soggy! It's very juicy so it's best if eaten at the moment! The entire meal tasted fresh.

Very overrated
Not sure what the big deal is about this burger. First off, it took over an hour to deliver. A burger and fries...insane. When it did finally come it was of course cold and soggy. Regardless, it just wasn't all that good. It was OK, but I can name a ton of places off the top of my head that are way better.

Great for vegetarians
I go here for lunch often with friends from work. I'm a vegetarian, but they aren't. Apparently the burgers are good, but I personally vouch for the two tofu burgers; they're amazing.

Best damn burger I have ever had!
When I took the first bite of my first ever burger at this cool burger joint (it was the Western Burger) I was hooked. The meat was melt in the mouth amazing and the sauce had a zing that had me making sure non of it dripped out...I didn't want one drop to get away. Couple the burger with their killer sweet potato fries and you have a combo that works better than Martin & Lewis. On my second visit I had the Black Shack burger, and again, it too had my taste buds doing a jig. As you can imagine I am now a regular visitor and would recommend it to anyone in search of a great burger.
