here is the deal on bite me best
i order from here all the time. the greek salad is amazing and packed with goodness. the heros, particularly the metball and eggplant parm, are excellent, though not huge belly busters. the greek slice is great. pizza as a whole is a bit doughy and not there strong point. stick to the greek salad and heros and your stomach will love you.

Bite Me is awesome...
I live next door to this place, excellent food, and the employees are super nice. I don't know what this nonsense about non-fresh ingredients is-- we have never had such an experience. Huge portions also. Cheers to Bite Me!

Well Done
I have only gotten delivery from this restaurant and overall it is pretty good. Portions are definitely generous, you can get 2 servings out of most meals.

I love this place and their delivery but
I love this place its always fresh and delicious but I just got a delivery with chicken parm and pasta OK $13.95 its not cheap but not to bad until you charge someone .75 cents for some parmesan cheese that would have come with any pasta like that at any restaurant in the city. They gave me practically a tablespoons size worth in a plastic dressing container.

it's still "good"
hey, any food place can have an off day, or an off dish. maybe they ran out of something maybe the guy making that one dish didn't cook it long enough. whatever. this place is great for salads and pasta their sauces are very good. the pizza, on the other hand, not as good. if want large portions at reasonable (for the "east village") pizza-place prices, bite me is pretty good. if you want pizza, i would go to nino's or over to east village. but the pastas... bite me.

used to be good
i used to order from this place all the time. i was absolutely a regular. the food has gone downhill severely. They used to cook the pasta al dente- now its mush. the sauce used to have a great balance to it now its soup. beyond this- the salads have gone as well. with the old owners, the greens were fresh and crisp every time. it seems the new owners have changed their suppliers and their standards. there's nothing worse than a once-great value and restaurant going to hell.

Amazing food for unassuming place
These guys are in a funny purple and orange shop on C but don't let it fool you. Their pasta dishes and salads are the best. The sauces are rich and portions are generous. Delivery is done thoughtfully and quickly- and they will know you if you are a regular. I never write reviews and I'm writing this one bc they are awesome. Only giving it a low rating for atmosphere because there's only like 4 seats.
