Are you kidding me?
They do have tasty dried biscotte. However the customer service is confrontational and the "rules" (listed on the wall to the left as you walk in) are unbelievable. There will not be any keeping a friend company while they eat, opening a laptop to work unless you buy a set amount per hour, or sitting if people come in and you've already been served. I've been told its because they "need to pay their rent." Not a good experience.

Great spot but needs to lower prices
We enjoy the biscotti, coffee and oatmeal very much but are extremely annoyed by their prices. We've actually made a point to stop going when we realized we spend close to $30+ for coffees and two bowls of oatmeal...outrageous. On a side note, the service has always been wonderful.

Great-ish
This is a great find in Hells Kitchen, Though very $$$ and I will say that every time I've been in here the owner is about as rude and full of attitude as you can get. There is always a very sweet girl working the counter that the boss lady (or at least I assume she's the boss- little and mean) is barking out orders to and acting put-out about something. She is truly the main reason my local friends and I don't go all the time.

Amazing and special
Bis.co. latte has amazing biscotti flavors that are always changing with the seasons (or even by the day!) Worst part about this place is that the flavors often go quickly and you can't get some flavors year round so stock up. Great atmosphere with room for about 14-18 people to sit and enjoy coffee, muffins, scones, and of course, biscotti, quietly without the annoyance of typing hands and people on phones like other cafes. Excellent flavors and friendly service.

A hidden gem in Hells Kitchen
If you like your breakfast European style this is the place for you. This is no Starbucks (thankfully). Wonderful cappuccino - fabulous biscotti (the scones and bread basket were quite wonderful). Our server was quite over-worked, but always smiling and wonderfully attentive. Just delightful!

Deee-licious!
Their risotto is to die for. I go there several times a month, just for that. And they have several varieties to choose from. Their coffee is good too, but they serve it in huge cups (bowls) that are impossible to drink out of. However, they are friendly always have a great array of magazines to read and it's worth the price.

Excellent, Excellent All Around
If you're visiting Hell's Kitchen, on the way to the Intrepid or the newly relocated Ogilvy, you have got to experience Bis. Co. Latte. The biscotti is terrific; however, one really has to try the soup and risotto dishes which are out of the ordinary and quite exceptional. Our Holly is a fabulous chef and take great pride in her food and her cafe. Don't plan to sit with a paper cup, get out of the S'buck mentality and get back into a homegrown neighborhood encounter. Enjoy!
