Toma Walser pasteurized cow’s milk this recipe comes from piedmont, italy. toma is grassy on the nose, with fruity tones and a nice meaty bite.   
Brie Fermier Jouvence pasteurized cow’s milk made at the "farm of rejuvenation" in northern france, this brie is rich and creamy with hints of mushrooms and fresh-shucked oysters.
