Cruise ship style
The Birdland is supposed to be a world class jazz club. I was here with my wife last Wednesday and we were simply disappointed. The food was bland, the waitress extremely noisy during the concert and the overall atmosphere cold and uninviting. The band sounded great but that was the only good thing about the place.
