I've visited this establishment several times. My fave slice is the Chicken Alfredo slice. However, it can be a hit or miss. The turning point was after placing an order for about $11, when the order did arrive ( I live 3 blks away) it was wrong. Not only was the order wrong, the delivery guy had no change and I had to give him a $9 tip for this poor service. They did tell me I can come in at any time and get the missing parts of my order but they have lost my business. Dissatisfied Ex-customer.

They have very good food here deff worth the wait very busy place always busy friendly staff they catered a event for us for 200 people and I must say they did great I will continue going to Billy's they r great deft should try it

I'm writing this review with great disappointment. Before I start- Im posting this review on menupages, yelp, and wherever else I can in hopes that the owner/management reads this. First of all- when made correctly, the food here is pretty good compared to the rest of the neighborhood. It's the only reason they even got a star from me. But their service sucks, and they can't get an order right ever- even when I use their mypizza.com ordering site, which is just inexcusable. if the order is typed out, you're staff can't feign they misunderstood me on the phone, so I figure they just can't read. On multiple occasions now my order has arrived half incorrect, missing items, or just totally wrong. Secondly, their delivery is just damningly slow. My order took an hour and a half tonight. On a Monday. I dot live far away either. And when I called to see if everything was ok, the phone girl was just rude. Billy's: if your staff was even remotely competent, and cooks could read an order you'd have kept my business. However, their inability to do their job has helped me decide I no longer wish to waste money bill go out of my way and pick up pizza elsewhere or just order sushi next time.

I go to school across the street and the pizza here is awsome food and pasta is unbelievable I've never tried better food then this u just have to try it that's all I got to say so good

The veggie pizza is AWESOME! The bruschetta? not so much. completely overwhelming garlic and onions, strangely served with ricotta and parsley. soggy bread. definitely will not be ordering this again.

I've only ordered delivery and I'm reading some of the reviews below. I can't understand why people think this could be the best pizza in Brooklyn - its not even close. It probably is the best pizza place overall in the neighborhood but that doesn't say much because there isn't much competition. Honestly, its hit or miss. I usually order the Buffalo Pizza and sometimes it is excellent. Other times, its OK because the dough is undercooked. I also recommend the Eggplant Parm Hero which is very good. I would give the food a 4 if it were more consistent. No way it could be a 5.
