I live in Chelsea and it's a great local bakery. I think the cupcakes are even better than Magnolia's! It's also way less crowded and trendy. There's benches outside and a couple tables inside to sit or you can walk around 9th Ave. with your tasty treat.

That was the biggest freaking piece of banana cake I ever had and it was so damn good. Brownies and cupcakes are also excellent. Very cute place but way too tiny. You can't really sit and chat as there are only two table. However the space next door is now for rent. We can only hope BILLYS expands.

Wow! The place was great, I guess this is their one and only location, sad for me because I live on the UWS. But the place is absolutely to die for, great atmosphere, beautiful vintage wallpaper and a chipper upbeat staff. Such a nice change of pace from the regular no service is good service grind of NYC. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Okay, the banana cream pie is better than sex. The place is freakin adorable. The cup cakes..wow...go, just go.

What a great place to stop by and have a bite of rich delicious cupcakes or cake. The boys are cute (but Billy is cuter) and the dessert is the best. Price cannot be beat. An excellent (and better) cupcake shop compared to other ones in the West Village that will remain nameless.

Billy's makes the best cupcakes i have ever had. The cake is tasty and the icing is creamy and just melts in your mouth. The chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream icing decorated wiht chocolate chips is delicious too. I go to Billy's at least once a week. Once you step foot in there, it's hard not to buy something just cause it smells so good! And their display looks amazing. It's kinda pricey (at 1.75 for a cupcake, about 4 bucks for a slice of cake) but it's worth it.
