In my opinion, Billy's makes the best cupcakes in New York. The price is good. What else could you need to know?

Billy's has the BEST banana cake in town. I was introduced to the banana cake when I walked in one day and was not sure if I should purchase a slice. I went ahead and purchased a few cupcakes and they gave me a free banana cupcake to sample. Of course, before I left the store I purchased a slice.

Billys us such a cute little place..I bought the red velvet, carrot cupcakes and a key lime cheesecake ..they were good..nothing bad about billys.. I think a little bit to much $$ for there desserts

they don't greet you when you walk in or even seem like they want to work. They have a bogus policy about giving boxes ,must have 3 cupcakes or more. After several request for a box for the two cupcakes i bought for someone as a gift, i still got denied for a box and walked out of there feeling un happy. i will never buy anything from there again.

cupcakes are very dry. cheesecakes are good, especially the pumpkin

i've been to billy's a couple of times now, always wanting to give them another chance and every time i try a few different choices with friends. the first time i thought it was maybe an off-day, an off-batch, whatever. the second time i realized that the cupcakes are just really dry.

Gorgeous little bakery! We were spoilt for choice, but eventually decided on Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie ... OMG! and a Hello Dollies bar. Both were delicious, but especially the huge piece of pie! Nice staff, cute, quaint decor. Will visit again.
