Saturday evening, the joint was packed, too dim, crowded, and they only cook burgers to medium. Too much 'tude, guys; learn to treat customers like people. You're in the meat market, so you have a mob of potential customers to choose from, which all too often degenerates to lousy service, and taking guests for granted. Fame is fleeting, good reviews don't last. It's a shame to waste such potential.

    Amazing Burger

New Burger Joints open up every other day in NYC-a dime a dozen. But I suppose that in this economy, if it's done right people will come, or really flock. I had the fat cat w/caramilzed onions, on English Muffin. It was terrific. I also had a vanilla milkshake which was beyond terrifc. A previous reviwer hit it SPOT ON when he says, "keep it simple." The fries were good too, but after burger, shake I was too full and could only nibble. The bill came to under $30 w/tax AND tip for both of us. Not bad since milkshakes are expensive, and the extremly generous portions of burgers. If you are in the WV, and need a change of pace to Pastis, Spice Market etc, this is it. Don't me wrong, the high end spots have their place too, but look at the ecnonomy?? I promise you won't feel cheated by going here!!

    Great Burger

We really enjoyed the burger and the hot dog. The burger was quite tasty and solid competition for Shake Shack. We had the disco fries without the cheese and they were delicious. Sat at the bar and had great service.

    Good Start

burger is delicious. Fried veggies very tasty. The thick shake was very good. The fries need work & so does the hot dog. The service was ok & the bugs will work their way out. Good start & if they don't get over ambitious, adding too many items & keep it simple it will have a long run. The wine is a $9 bottle wine that they are asking $5 a glass...good markup..the food is more fairly priced. We will return.
