Subpar Food but Accomodating Service
On the positive side, we went with someone who has severe food allergies, and the staff was very educated and accommodating to specific requests. On the other hand, the food is really not very good at all. The burgers were overcooked and dry, and the only thing tasty about them were the toppings. For the money they charge, they should at least include fries. Really overpriced for the portions, and definitely not the quality I was expecting.

Disco fries?
They used to have fantastic disco fries but for some reason they decided to switch them to potato wedges. Potato wedges are NOT fries. Great burgers, love the Mexican but please fix the fries!

Disappointing Burgers
Milkshake very good, Mahi tacos good, Burger not so much. A burger joint with subpar burgers, the should call it Bill's Milkshakes Bar

Overcooked
Burger was very overcooked even though I requested medium rare. Sent it back the kitchen, the next one came out the same. Had no taste or flavor while eating, left bad aftertaste. Pointed this out to the manager, he did nothing about it. Don't spend your money here. It's a complete waste.

Below Average
The location and laid back atmosphere are the only plus factors at this below average burger bar.

Skip It
The burger is boring and not nearly on par. The fries are soggy. The waitstaff wasn't terrible, but very distracted. They also packed a lot of tables in a small spot and it can be uncomfortable.

Nice place, subpar food.
Pros: Nice ambiance, fully stocked bar, good decor. Cons: Burgers are VERY greasy and instantly forgettable. These are diner quality at best. For a place that touts its burgers, it was an incredible disappointment. Music was radio top 40: I expect more from a place that clearly strives to be cool. And service was nothing special either.
