We were a table of ten and running late for a show. We arrived in the middle of the lunch service. We were seated right away, service was promp and the food came out very quickly. Quality was very good, not gourmet but good quality burgers and fries in a hurry. I will return.

We have stopped in three times recently and find it fast and with great food. Will continue to return. Do not pass this one up if looking for a quick meal. The only thing is that it does get crowded at noon. The same as any other place in Midtown that is any good. Will be back.

I work in a building adjacent to Rock Center, and end up at Bill's fairly often when lunching with colleagues. It's true that it gets loud, chaotic, and crowded during the lunch hour, but I'm able to avoid this by going later in the afternoon. The fish tacos are what keep me going back! (And the sweet potato fries are great, too.) Not the most amazing service in town, but the staff is consistently friendly and helpful when you get their attention.

The turkey burger was inedible. If you go there, do not order it! My friend had a regular burger that was much better. The beer selection was great.

this is not BR Guest quality, this is not dos caminos quality (which my family loves and we go to regularly). You wont have to wait for a table because there is no one in the restaurant and it shows in the service - too many servers standing around doing nothing. food is average at best. if you are going to spend $50+ for a couple of burgers and a beer, you are better off going somewhere else

As a fan of all the other BR Guest Restaurants, this one was very disappointing. The burgers were just ok. The bun was a grocery store bun. The sweet potato fries were the frozen type that were just re-heated. Not freshly made. The french fries were also the same. The most disappointing was the asian chicken salad. The chicken was picked off an old drum stick, dark fatty meat and the dressing was very salty. The only positive were the shakes. Not what you come to expect from this restaurant chain. Will not be going back.

Avoid it if you can. I made a reservation a week in advance for 8 and was promised upstairs. We got there and the 15 year olds at the desk told us we were "way early." We were then seated deep in a corner upstairs and the waiter could not get to us. When the food finally came, the burgers were over cooked. Not sure if they are modeling themselves after Shake Shack but the burgers are tough and gross. The hot dog was the only decent thing anyone got. The help was rude and incompetent. I'd avoid and just go to Heartland Brewery as a better alternative.
