good food but poorly run business
I like the food from big nicks, definitely used to be one of my go-to spots. But for some reason, this place has "electrical" problems every other day. Literally, I tried ordering from them 7 times over the last 2 weeks and every other time they were closed because of electrical problems. When I asked why they seemed to be going on and off the guy on the phone said he didn't know what I was talking about. Just not a good way to run a business, either get your act together or don't be open at all.

Great Grecian Florentine Stuffed Burger
The burger was perfectly cooked and was so good. If I had more room in my stomach I would have ordered another. My girlfriend and I also enjoyed the strawberry shake. It was not too sweet and had a very good consistency. I look forward to going back real soon to try another burger or pizza.

poor service - still good food
delivery takes FOREVER - don't count on this place if you need to eat right away. the food is always good - but if you can't count on service, what's the point. i hadn't ordered from big nicks in over a year for just this reason. tried again tonight and delivery took a hour and a half. won't be back, even though, like i said the food is good.

My Favorite
I found B.Nicks a few years back and have returned at least once a month since. I bring all of my guest to NYC here. Big Nicks has something for everyone...largest menu in the city! You cant go wrong...plus it is open 24/7. The outside seat is perfect for people watching and enjoying the new york atmosphere.

Best pizza I've ever had!
By the looks of the place, I would have never tried Big Nicks. However, we were taken to eat there by a local familly who eats there on a regular basis. We had eaten Grimaldis and swore it was the best pizza we've ever had.. Until we had BIG NICKS! It is a typical NYC joint that is very small and crowded. I would move to New York for this pizza!

Burger Joint
Big Nick's has been the neighborhood Burger Joint since I've been alive. Get a Burger, or a Buffalo burger, don't get too fancy, maybe a slice of really good pizza as an appetizer.. just don't go in looking for an elegant, fancy meal
