Good food....
Good food, service a bit patchy but made up for with great food. Waited for 45 mins for a table, but was worth it...

Wow. Really overpriced
My husband and I went there for dinner. There was no wait and we were excited to get a great big booth for the 2 of us. Took a while to get a menu, one of the waitress or hostess threw them at us and continued to be very rude throughout the night. Our actual waiter was very nice, but this woman kept coming by the table treating us terribly. She had an attitude with everyone there! We both got burgers and milk shakes and it ended up being over $40. There are much better places in the area. The decor is a lot of fun, who doesn't love the 80's, but I would never go back.

horrible
I should have listened to the reviews and not ordered. I cant believe what they delived cold slab of chicken, two pieces of cold bacon. Don't bother ordering from there it is a waste of money.

Not all that!
I've been 4 times thinking that as I went it would get better. I waited 45 minutes to be seated my last visit. The waiting area alone stinks. There is not space and you feel like you are hovering over those eating. There are a MILLION children running around which is fun, but means larger parties and a longer wait. The food is really yummy, but not worth it if it comes cold. I've had 2 great servers and 2 that really stunk. They aren't rude, just oblivious. Not worth time and energy unless you have patience and aren't starving.

Love this spot
I couldn't wait for this place to open and now that it has I just love this spot. They have been open about a month and are improving every time I go. Love the music and the vibe. The staff is sooo friendly and even though they are packed on the weekends they still manage to make my experience enjoyable every time. The burgers and fries are great and cookie monster shake my favorite. Im just so happy they started delivery now and I can order at home too!!

Don't bother.
So I've been here several times, and I don't think I'll ever go back. I've tried to like this place because I'm a sucker for those fun, retro themed, theme parky restaurants but this particular one unfortunately has way too many flaws for the atmosphere to make it worth your while. As far as food, I can only discuss the burgers, fries, tots, shakes and chicken fingers because that's all I've had, but I'm sure most people go to this kind of place for that kind of stuff. The food is mediocre at best. Very soggy bottom bun, clearly a frozen patty, way to much meat for the size of the buns..just not good. In New York, I'm surprised a burger like this even survives. Fries and Tots were ok..kind of soggy on the inside, little burnt on the outside. Not my kind of fries. (Again..goodburger rules and same for the shakes.) Now for the service... It's slow, the employees seem very rushed and bothered by the customers, just subpar service in general. Oh and a huge faux that I noticed both times I was here the waiter stood next to me as I signed the check, and I'm a good tipper because I know what it's like but you should never do that as a waiter. I must say it is fun looking around at the vintage Frankenberry and Cap'n Crunch boxes on the walls but it's definitely not worth it once the food arrives. (which should be about 45 minutes after your order is placed, if your server ever comes of course)
