Truly slow delivery
This is a good restaurant for simple diner/bar type food; however, I have never waited as long for food. More than 2 hours on more than one occasion. Be careful if you're hungry or on a tight schedule.

Bad delivery service
After waiting 45 minutes my delivery came and not until the delivery man left did I realize they gave me a box of tater tots instead of the sandwich I had ordered. I called and the manager was quite apologetic but told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I asked if it could come quicker but she assured me they wanted to get me a fresh one so it would take that much time to which I understood. 30 minutes later I called and they were "working" on the order and no less than 45 minutes after their mistake I finally got my food. Nearly two hours for a mediocre sandwich and fries and not even a credit on my bill for their mistake? No thanks

Not the worst, but still....
Went here with my gf over the weekend. First off it's noisy as heel with little kids screaming all over the place. Fine. Second, the service isn't great, third the food is pretty bad. Last... for all of the above the establishment is quite expensive. Don't waste your time or money unless you have little kids and don't mind spending money on diner food which is sub-par.

Okay
This place has great food. We go out to lunch there a lot, but I have to admit, it is very pricey. Me and 3 of my friends went out for lunch, got 1 meal and 1 shake, and the total was $130.50. The atmosphere is cool, very colorful and loud. If you like a quiet, quick diner for toast and a coffee, this is not the place to be, being that is a block and half away from an elementary school, P.S. 290. The fifth graders that go out to lunch tend to stay away from this place because they have a limit of money with them, but after school with their parents, its a mad house. If 0 being the worst and 10 being the best, I would probably give this place an overall rating of 6.

I cant get enough of this place
Eaten three times always delivered well packaged and timely. Tasty and was accommodating to my slightly special order. Just eat here if you like any of the foods on this menu, here they are made best

No Good
This was by far the WORST place i have ever eaten at.It was so bad after i paid 125.00 for the 4 meals and 4 shakes.i had to bring my kids to the pizzaria across the street.Inedible frozen overpriced food. How are they still in business? There is no way it got that way overnight

Delivery issues
We ordered delivery on three separate occasions and each time, they forgot: flatware, condiments and beverages. Not only this, when the order finally did arrive, it was as if it was carried upside down - the eggs were in a messy pile and the food was cold (and without syrup - who wanted the pancakes anymore?!). We are taking our Sunday Breakfast Business elsewhere.
