I ate at Bianca yesterday and had a great time. The service was prompt and courteous and the atmoshpere was perfect for an intimate date: soft lighting, lively, but quiet clientelle and elegant, but quaint decor. The appetizer we ordered, the vegetable tart, did not really impress. The salmon, however, was fresh and perfectly prepared and the tagliolini ai frutti de mar was delicately flavored and not overpowering. I definitely recommend it for a date or any sort of nice occasion.

I went for a friends brithday dinner here and fell in love. Italian food that is not your typical chicken parmagiana. Every dish was good, portions initially looked small but i guess were not because i left stuffed, and i can really eat. Grilled calamari and shrimp appitizer is a great vaule, and is great tasting, ive been back a dozen times since my friends brithday and the food and service is aways great. You dont need to spend alot of money for a great dinner in NYC, you just have to know where to eat and this place is a great spot to eat. Two people can eat like kings with appitzers, entree and great homemade desserts, for 70bucks.

I have to say, one of the best meals ive had in NYC in a long time that didnt cost an arm & a leg. Sausage with beans was very good, the sausage seemed to be be homemade. a friend had the gnocci with gorgonzola which was also great. Desserts were all homemade and delicious, and all for 25-30 bucks a person, what a deal. Definately on my list of regular places now.

Hi. This meal was amazing. Great food, generous portions, and the price was right. We played the guessing game at the end of the meal, and we were both $30 over the actual retail price. And the wine was delicious.

This place is great. My favorite indie-restaurant in NYC. Highly recommended date spot. Very intimate. The food is wonderful, and the wine was delicious.

You just don't get food this good at these prices. From the gnocco and ham to the warm apple cake, the meal was perfect. They make the extra effort: fried artichokes came with fried parsey, which was lovely. Negatives? It's crowded and noisy and they don't take credit cards. But I'd go back tomorrow.

Bianca is a small and friendly restaurant. The atmosphere and service welcome you in and the prices are more than fair. In fact, it's rare to see such a good deal in Manhattan. We had a party of ten and everyone was more than pleased with their meals. I strongly recommend this place for a group or a date. I will definitely be back soon.
