Absolutely unbelievable food. Get the thinly sliced filet mignon, A PLATE FULL OF IT, with potatoes, for only 14 bucks, and you'll understand all about bianca. pasta dishes that came in at all directions looked unbelievable, as did all the appetizers. will go back tomorrow. and the day after. and the day after.

I have been trying to find an Italian restaurant the can actually cook pasta. WOW! Have I found it. Bianca did an amazing job with their pasta. It is not over cooked and had an amazing amount of flavor, which most places I have noticed are lacking. I can't wait to go back. Great experience.

Absolutely divine! Went here w/ friend to catch up over long dinner on a Tuesday evening...George greeted us at the door and could not have been nicer...we both got complimentary glasses of champagne before our wine...I ordered the tagliatelle w/ meat sauce and my friend got the lasagne...let me just say the lasagne is absolutely "genius" (as my friend quoted)...melts in your mouth...I was so full but refused to leave my dish unfinished...it was a very pleasent, satisfying feeling upon leaving and I cannot wait to visit again! HIGHLY recommended. Best italian I've had outside of Italy for VERY reasonable price.

My husband and I chose this place based on the great reviews we read all over the net. We ate here on a Saturday night. We were greeted by George at the door who could not have been any nicer. We over-ordered because we heard so many things were good and the prices were so unbelieveably reasonable. All of the food we had was absolutely great. The service was prompt and pleasant. We ordered the fried dough gnocco with meat and cheese. This was just delicious. The mussels in a white broth were probably the best I ever had. Spedino of shrimp and calamari was very good as were the tagliatelle bolognese, frito misto and thin slices of filet mignon with rosemary (I can't remember the name.) We enjoyed the dessert as well. Panna cotta was to die for. We had a lot of leftovers and it was all so good we brought it home. We also had a bottle of chianti that we enjoyed. I cannot give commentary on the wine list because I have no expertise but I can tell you that the food was EXCELLENT. Unfortunately, I was pretty uncomfortable because the tables were very close together. The noise level in there was just unbearable. Almost all of the ot her diners appeared to be college students. I, in my 40's felt ancient and deaf by the time we left. I would love to come back here on a weekday if I could. Maybe it would be less crowded and noisey.

Not only was did this place have great food but the atmosphere was perfect for a date, when I was there, 8:30 on a Friday night, it was quiet and romantic (with candles on the tables). I would recommend this place to anyone!

The place is pleasant, the food inexpensive and basically good-but unfortunately it is not possible to have a good glass of wine with dinner here. No thought was put into the wine list and if you ask a server about any wine they say it's great. Clearly they know nothing of the wines because the bulk of their bottles are uninteresting.

This is a small and charming place to dine. Not a romantic spot but sweet. Prices are very reasonable and more importantly the food is quite good. I was pleasantly surprised when my pasta special arrived. The pasta was al dente and the combination of monkfish, asparagus and sundried tomatoes, basil and olive oil was a perfect marriage of flavors. Not your typical pasta dish. Perhaps this is because the food at Bianca is Northern Italian. I look forward to my second visit! I hope it is just as good.
