    OMG

OK, this is some of the best vegan food I've had in my very long career as a vegetarian. There's a branch in Chelsea Market called "The Green Roll" - too new to be listed on here, I guess. This stuff simply amazes me.

I COULD EAT HERE EVERY DAY

I walked by this restaurant for months thinking vegan sushi couldn't possibly taste good. Boy was I wrong! The place is immaculately clean, the food is gorgeous and delicious and like nothing I've ever had. I want to try the entire menu. Thankfully, it's around the corner from me and I can eat healthy and delicious whenever I want. YUM!!!!

    Beautiful presentation, incredible flavors!

Due to health issues, I recently was advised to adopt a vegetarian, preferably vegan, diet as part of lifestyle changes. I liked eating just about anything, and the prospect of confinement to veggies was not too attractive, especially since sushi was a favorite meal. Early in this transition, I happened upon Beyond Sushi, and was amazed at the creative dishes, which opened my eyes to the possibilities of a vegan diet. I brought my wife here, and even she has become a raving fan. I know it's not "sushi," but who cares - it's absolutely delicious!

    A whole new level!

This place has taken something I love to a whole new level! As a vegan I can only appreciate the presentations of fancy fish sushi at normal restaurants. Beyond Sushi makes every dish with love, and it shows. Everything is absolutely beautiful.

    Not a Vegetarian...LOVED it.

I honestly tried this place as an experiment, thinking that the food would be "interesting-tasting" but not necessarily yummy or satisfying. Basically, I thought I'd try it, maybe even enjoy it, but never really want to have it again. Instead, I'm craving it. I didn't miss the fish. I felt full afterward (or at least satisfied--I had two rolls, if you have more of an appetite, you could add a salad or sushi). The flavors were so unique, and I didn't really feel like I had just eaten health food. It wasn't just good food for vegetarian food. It was good food, period.

    Delicious

Best quality ingredients - divine taste. For someone who shies away from sushi , a non-seaweed approach with just the right amount of flavor is terrific! Will surely visit soon.
