This is an excellent place. The Turkish influenced fare ranges from fish to meat but keeps it light and expectedly Mediterranean. I've never had a problem with the service and the prices are unbelievably low for an area where there are so many restaurants charging exorbitant amounts for average fare. Sitting outside is your best bet during nice weather seasons though the inside is decorated very tastefully. Enjoy this place, it's rare in NYC!!

I love going to Beyoglu. The food is excellent and the service is usually very friendly and good. It's a great place to sit outside, or near the doors that open out to the street across the entire restaurant. (Going with mom & dad? Try asking for a table in the much quieter upstairs area.) They also have a lot of vegetarian and fish options. One problem, though: I had never tried ordering delivery from them before, until tonight. However, they are only willing to deliver FIVE blocks away. Most places will go at least ten. Yeesh. I feel like Elaine with that Chinese place that would only deliver as far as 86th st.

What a find! And considering the reasonable prices, it's a don't-misser!

This is a great place to order a glass of wine, order 4 or 5 side dishes, and just enjoy the evening with some friends. The service is excellent; I've never had a problem and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmposhere is laid back and relaxing. And the food is great!

Beyoglu is my favorite neighborhood restaurant and for those of you afraid of going above 14th street, trust me -- it's worth it. Fantastic food (I recommend you order lots of appetizers and eat them like tapas) and very reasonable prices make this a place you can go again and again.

We had a reservation for a group of 10 and dined upstairs. We wanted a conversational atmosphere for our dinner, so we ate upstairs where it was quieter. We decided to order many small dishes (ala tapas) and share them, which was fun and varied. Whatever we liked, we ordered more of! The food was similar to many Greek and Persian dishes and very tasty. Had a wonderful time in this cozy Turkish restaurant.
