Disappointing
Overpriced for very small portions. Rolls were stale. Meat was cool (not even warm) and dry. Not a good experience at all. Very disappointing.

Definitely *not* better
The portions were tiny and way overpriced. My boyfriend tasted couldn't taste the meat on his beef burger; my veggie burger fell apart and was in too many pieces to stay on the bun. The fries were nothing spectacular. The music was blasting so loud that I could barely hear the man taking our order, nor my boyfriend once he was sitting across from me. It was not an enjoyable dining experience, and far from worth the $20. Thought maybe it'd be a place we could frequent. It's hard to find a place that I can get satisfactory vegetarian food and he can get non-chemical loaded meat. But alas, better burger is not it.

$5 delivery charge
Food is good but they charge 5$ to deliver an extra 2 blocks out of their delivery radius - a little absurd really.

Better luck next time
I was totally on a health kick, wanting to eat right and all but craving for a juicy burger so I compromised and went here. I should have just gone across to Jackson Hole! The portion sizes are the perfect size for the weight conscious but my poor boyfriend need two just to statiate himself. Other than the creative ketchup, the ultra minimalist decor of sterile white made me feel more like I was having hospital food than satisfying any craving. Way too expensive too!

Worth the Hassle and Price
I love the food here and don't mind shelling out an extra dollar or two for the quality. (The Tuna Burger with Wasabi is out of this world.) However, the staff is overworked and there is a high turnover. So often my delivery is wrong and I need to send it back or have missing items brought. I wish they would fix this because I would order twice as much.

Tasty healthy burgers!
We ordered two burgers - one beef, one ostrich - for delivery. The organic beef burger was delicious! I'll definitely come back for more.. The size is on the smaller side though but with a side satisfying.

White castle look alike
I left Better Burger feeling quite disappointed. The food is good, but the portion sizes are extremely small! The JUMBO soy dog is quite the opposite for example. It's more like something that should appear on a kids menu, that is, except for the price!! And the cup of chili that I got on the side appeared to be about 4 oz.! They should either increase the portions/ size of items..or lower their prices.
