I ordered a chicken burger with the optional bacon for an additional $1.50. These are small burgers - think Shake Shack sizing - and Better Burger's schtick is healthiness, but even so, the amount of bacon was stunningly paltry. It was literally ONE STRIP that had been cut into two pieces to fit on the (whole wheat) bun. Meh.

I tried a small burger and fries today. The burger tasted like a cafeteria burger and the bun was on the dry side. The fries could have been a lot crisper- they looked like fries but did not taste like them (too mushy). The only high note was their squash soup- very tasty. My overall impression? Eh. Could be a lot improved.

the beef,turkey & chicken burgers are out of this world,delicious and juicy.vegetarians beans are great if you want change from the usual beef chilli. the only sore point is that this place at 19st is rather small with limited seating so its better to go at off-hours.

After reading the reviews here and elsewhere I was excited to try this place. I was very disappointed. I ordered the "Savory Soy Burger" which was not the best vegetarian burger I have ever had. It was a patty and piece of cheese on a regular hamburger roll, and cost $7. It reminded me of cafeteria food. I was very excited to try the air-cooked "Better Fries", which turned out to be soggy and tasteless. Overall, it was a waste of money and I never would have expected it from the reviews I have read.

i order from here all the time and it is always quick and always exactly what i ordered. their turkey burger is great and so are the baked fries. not too greasy. and ordering on the phone is so simple. they are hands down the easiest delivery place ever. love better burger!

Stopped by for the first time after work the other day. Food was very good, as was the service. Recommended.

I was a little wary of trying the veggie burger from a place that is known for their meat, but I was pleasantly surprised when our order arrived. My burger lacked the dryness and chunkiness that many veggie burgers unfortunately have, and was full of flavor. It is a little pricy for the size if you add on the extras, but it's worth it for the quality. The veggie chili, on the other hand, barely had any beans in it! It was a bit too soupy, too, more like a spicy tomato soup than chili.
