Best Wingers Express

I'm really not one to bash on anyone, but skip this place. I tried a bit of everything - wings, chicken, ribs and the two latter weren't even edible. Honesly, I couldn;t even tell you what animal the ribs came from. The only palatable thing I had was the side order of pasta salad. The wings were mediocre at best. True, the food is cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

O.K. So there I was 4 months pregnant seriously craving well done wings -- medium with hot sauce on the side -- and extra blue with an order potatoe wedges. I had recently discovered that Aiello's -- the best damn wing joint in Manhattan -- had burnt down to the ground with no plans for resurrection, Despair! When low and behold, I spied the previous entry from a fellow Aiello's fan (thanks to Menupages) giving Best Wingers a glowing review. Could any wing place really hold a candle to my Aiello's, especially one that I lived across the street from for 12 years and looked like a hole in the wall?! Things were looking up, but I was still skeptical. I dialed the number, placed my order, and in 15 minutes I had piping hot wings just as I had ordered them. The sauce didn't have quite the tang of aiello's or the special kick, but it was darn close. I made my equally skeptical husband try one and he agreed with delight. The potato wedges were equally tasty and worthy of a try to any doubter. I am writing this now having just placed yet another order. God speed to Best Wingers! Be not afraid ye Aiello's fans. Place thine orders so that we keep the place in biz. I can't wait until Superbowl!

After Aiello's burned down, I thought that I would not be able to get good wings in the area anymore. Best Wingers provided me with relief. I would put it at top three for wings in the city and #1 for delivery. But the menu item to talk about is the fried chicken. It is up there and surpasses the fried chicken at any other southern or bbq place. It is so good, I think I am going to order tonight.

I've been in the n'hood for 10 years now and passed this place a million and one times and never would dare to go in. For some reason I came across this page and read all your reviews. I have to say, I listed, agree and am so glad I listened to everyone! So DELISH! I got a buffalo chicken salad and can't believe how much food they gave me! For $5.99! It's like for 2 days. And the wings are sooo good! This is going to be my new fave local place!

I went to this place craving some sort of greasy fried food. However after I sat down to eat it, i realized that this place has some really good wings. Then I ate some more and realized this places wings are great. The place doesn't look beautiful, but they are clean and the wings are to die for. You should try the garlic and cheese wings. Very Delicious.

I had a terrible craving for a buffalo chicken sandwich and Best Wingers delivered. Never eaten from here before, but I would definitely order again. The chicken was delicious, the roll was perfect. I would suggest asking for some extra sauce, but otherwise, this was a great experience. I'll probably be trying some of their other food very soon.

These are the best on the Menu if you don't like your mouth to be on fire from the 911 sauce! 911 is not a joke, they are so hot, they will make you choke! The Garlic Cheese goes down with ease, so do yourself a favor and savor the flavor 911 is deadly and there is no waiver! Go Garlic Cheese!
