Great Dinner
Had a really nice experience here. It's a cute, little place with exposed brick walls strewn with interesting art pieces and Brazilian artifacts. The place is very intimate, perfect for a date .The waiters were really, really friendly and took great care of us. To start, I had a mango caipirinha, which was very tasty. To start I had the Salpicao.....OMG AMAZING ! For the Main course I had the Picanha, which is a prime-cut top sirloin covered in garlic shavings, vinaigrette, and yucca flour, with white rice and black beans on the side. The steak was very flavorful and I would order it again. My girlfriend loved her Giant Short Ribs and to my surpise she ate it all. They were HUGE !! It was served with yucca puree witch I found to be better than mash potatoes and helthier. The desserts were really good one of the best Flans I ever had

very disappointing
went here last nite after reading all the wonderful reviews. very disappointing food. party of 5, 2 liked it, on went ehhh and 3 said it was the worst meal we have had in years. the feijoada was fatty and grizzly. the red snapper was tough and so salty it was awful. the short bib which was advertised as fork tender falling off tthe bone and lean, was also grizzly and fatty and couldn't be cut with a knife. the two people who liked the meal got the special steak of the day. the service was fine, we did enjoy a nice crisp albarino from spain. pretty poor food though.

I tried Berimbau through the restaurant discount service VillageVines and felt guily for how good of a deal i got. Well worth the full-price, Berimbau is an excellent value and GREAT meal when 30% off. Check it out if looking for an authentic meal with great service and excellent decor-- at a discount to boot!

Great find in the village!
This was my first experience at a Brazilian restaurant, and it was amazing! The atmosphere is warm and inviting (a great place for a date) and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the duck with mashed potatoes and it had terrific bold flavors. My friend had the Strogonoff de Frango which was also a good choice. I left feeling full, satisfied, and slightly tipsy due to the caipirinhas I ordered (watch out- these drinks are tasty and strong!) Overall, a wonderful experience. I will be back soon!

Great small restaurant!
Today i had the pleasure of eating at this delightful eatery. I started my food trip with a tasteful potatoe soup. I must say it was the best soup i have had in a long time. As an entree i had the duck with mash potatoes. The duck was covered with a tasty dark sauce a little salty but still delightful. The place is small it has at most ten tables inside. The decor was nice. The service was great. I guess it would be if your being served by the owner. Speaking of the owner. He was very attentive and personable guy. I highly recommend this place.

Very Special
This place is a delight! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave you really believe all the staff would rather do nothing else than try to please you. The food was so flavorful and served with such care that you'd do yourself a disservice if you never went. Make sure you celebrate a birthday here..It will linger on...
