Absolutely my favorite place for bagels. Try the whole wheat everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. Sooooo good.

I have ordered for delivery and stepped into this establishment. They have the WORST service ever. Three blocks away and it took over an hour for a delivery with no apologies or explanation. In the afternoon if the staff doesn’t feel like serving a customer everyone turns their back and becomes “busy.” They are rude and do not understand nor care about the simple and basic rules of customer service. I do not believe that the customer is always right but I do believe the customer should always be valued and so should their money. I can’t wait for another establishment to come into the area that makes salad, good breakfast and bagels. If anyone knows of a place let me know!!!!

I disagree 100%. You can get a better bagel 2 doors down. You can get a better Muffin two blocks east. You can get an honest price almost anywhere else. I have been there 2 times, questioned the price charged, and have had to stand aside while the guy at the cash register handled everyone else in the store then informed me he was the manager. I tried to order delivery (I live 2 blocks away) and they sent whitefish instead of Sable but charged me the Sable price. I refused to pay at the door and the "Manager?" refused to accept my call while the delivery guy was there. I did not pay and have never visited them since. 3 strikes. Karma! Do not waste your hard-earned money.

The bagels were hot and fresh and their selection of spreads were well presented and look delicious. I always get the whitefish salad and my wife get the light olive spread, and we never have been disappointed. The service is great and they always keep order within the line. The lines are never really bad, and you usually get served within a few minutes. The prices are right, considering the area, and the establishment is neat and tidy. Thumbs up for a good brekky!

The best bagels I have ever eaten! They are huge and always fresh. The muffins are really yummy and super cheap also! The lines are really long around breakfast and lunch time but it moves very fast. I don't usually have to wait for more than 5-7 minutes even if the line is out the door when I get there. There's usually around 5 guys taking orders during the busy times. Yum, yum, yum!! Eat here!! btw- cash only.

Great variety! Try the white fish salad & you may never eat tuna salad again... (well maybe the pink Italian kind)

i just recently moved to brooklyn and walked by this place one day. the bagels are super fresh baked in house and honestly i havn't seen any other bagel place with bagels that big and jummy! the sandwiches are great and you have lots of choices to select from. i always take the chicken blt which is just great!! when you are really hungry and you love great bagles, this is the place to go, not only in brooklyn but als in the rest of the city!!
