Great pizza. Check it out. Friendly staff too.

Note to you overly entitled people blogging - go eat elsewhere and stop complaining. The pastas are quite good and the pizza is even better. FYI Italian food is salty by nature, Including when dining in Italy. The ingredients here are fresh the mozerella homemade, some of the pastas too. The tastes meld well and the wait staff are lovely and try quite hard to accomodate. For the money you can't get better value. If you perceive yourself so gastronomically evolved you should be dining at an establishment that charges prices commensurate with your "palate and wallet".

Mediocre yet over priced pizza. Suffocating space. Poor service and salty food.

I had the bolognese. It was really salty. The bread that we were given in the beginning was hard and tasteless. The waitress spilled something on me.

Service is improving and so is the food. This little place aims to please and listens when you give comments. The individual pizzas are fresh, tasty and light but filling, and the ingredients are wonderfully fresh. The salads are excellent - no dead lettuce here and they are HUGE. They will start serving a very reasonable lunch menu soon too.

The decor was a mix of charming exposed brick and cheap tables/flooring that did not work especially well. The food was so-so at best, definitely worse than other similarly priced Italian places. And while the individual waitresses were pretty nice, there weren't enough of them to go around, so service was pretty slow. So in sum this place is not very good.

The UWS has many Mexican and Asian spots, but not many great Italian ones. Here the food is amazing and resonable, and I love that you can get whole wheat pasta for health! I've been reintroduced to red sauce and meatballs, and ate there twice this week already. Bellini is romantic, with BYOB option, quaint and warm for dining with friends. You can choose outside seating or nessled back in a corner. The staff welcomed me when I was there alone the first time and when back with my husband. Not sure where they are from in Italy, but I am glad they are here!
