    not the best but goood

i have been there many times and i agree that there are days service and food are not same especialy when they are busy it seems like they can not handle, but like them anyway BYOB is a great thing to have, food is good genarally and price is reasonable. and i like small dishes that they have in hummus place

    Inconsistent

We go to their hummus bar, and it's been inconsistent. Hit or miss, with the same menu. Appetizers are usually good, with the exception of the sheperd salad - it tends to be on the worse side more often. On a good day, the main entrees are simply delicious. On a bad day, we've been served spoiled rice and burnt meat/shrimp. The owners had a great idea, but the execution is often lackluster. Similar thing with the main dining room. Breakfast pancakes were awesome, but they were served with this packaged syrop, and did not have any freshly squeezed juice.

    Are they kidding???

What a mess from start to finish. My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant because it seemed like a quaint, reasonably priced place to have dinner. It was a NIGHTMARE! The food was mediocre at best (think "The Olive Garden") and the service was by far and away the worst I've ever experienced. I'm especially angry because, as a server myself, I can easily distinguish between a wait staff that is well-intentioned but over-burdened and a wait staff that simply doesn't give a sh**. The ladies at Bellini fall into the latter category. After waiting a whopping 15 minutes to be greeted (yes, we timed it) and commiserating with the table next to us - who were incidentally also getting horrendous service - we met our server and received no apology, no bread and flat soda. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our appetizer before finally saying "the hell with it" and getting our entrees to go. We had a restaurant.com coupon, which eased the pain of having to pay full-price for our substandard food, but the 18% automatic gratuity that went along with that coupon was truly painful to comply with (I wouldn't have given the waitress a nickel if I'd had a choice in the matter). An all around bad experience. Don't waste your time at this place and if you do, don't say I didn't warn you.

    Fastest delivery

It is hard to find nice brick oven pizza around, this place is one of them. I like their thin crust nicely balanced pizza, and I had really nice delivery timing, they brought the pizza nice and hot.
