For the amount of good pizza in NYC this place ranks as just about avg. You can eat the sauceless chicken roll for $5 if you are in a hurry. And for 2.50 a slice they should def be able to add an a/c for the summer months so the place is not the same temp as the pizza ovens.

There's no short of different pizza places in nyc, but there should be. They should all be replaced by Napoli. The margherita pizza and grandma slices are absolutely amazing. Especially when eaten there, however, takeout is just as highly recommended. The pizza rolls and hot sandwiches are good too. DO IT!

Pretty good slice of pizza. The other things on the menu tends to be the "luck of the draw". Someone commented earlier about the the pizza being a bit stale after about 3pm. (I would agree. It happened to me one time in particular) Overall, unless you have the time to sit down and enjoy a few slices with friends at "John's Pizzeria" on 44th street, I would say go to Bella Napoli.

The guy who takes ur order thinks he's a comedian. He should stick to making pizza... bit of a jerk. Pizza is excellent and so are the eggplant/chicken parm

The people here are simply fabulous. A great place for girls to chat over a carafe of wine.

I get my lunch here fairly regularly. The pizza is pretty good, although inconsistent. (Also, late afternoon (2-4pm) is NOT the time to go because the pizza can be stale; you can get the pizza they made that morning that was not sold during the lunchtime rush). The slices are a pretty decent size, though still fairly expensive. Anyway, my main complaint is with the guy who takes orders. He basically says, "What you having" without looking up, so no one knows if he is talking to them or not. Plus he takes the orders so far along the line that the cashier cannot keep up. The result is chaos -- all these slices of pizza on the counter getting cold. I don't blame it on the cashier because I have seen the system work fine in the past.
