I ordered online delivery: Chicken Parmasan, Cesar Salad. The chicken was tender, the sauce was perfect homemade quality and the cesar salad was delicious definitely not bottled dressing ! The big fresh soft roll was perfect to scoop up the delicious sauce! Highly receommended!

Went in with a coworker on a dinner break. over my 20 years in this neighborhood i've eaten here many times. very noticable decline in every aspect of this dive. we ordered 2 pizza slices and a stromboli to share. when i asked the owner for flatware instead of plastic it became a big to do to . he came up with lame excuses but in a restaurant there is no excuse do deny flatware as an option. just poor business. the stromboli was inedible . tasted stale as if it were made several days ago. pizza was just as bad. As I left, the owner screamed at me down the block because i hadnt bussed my own table. a choice i made as no one cared that out meals were virtually untouched. When the owner is the problem who do you complain to?

We used to go to Bella Napoli 3-4 times per week but that changed about 2 months ago. I see a new manager has entered the business. They cut the portions in half for the same money. I would prefer the same portions for more money. I understand running a business is very expensive. Why not just raise the prices instead of cutting the portions in half?

Been coming here 3 years and have had slices, whole pizzas and most of the hot sandwiches and the best I can say is it is "average". This place is really hit or miss. If you get a whole pizza your odds are a little better than getting a good slice. Even during lunch rush many of the slices look old and dry-definitely stay away in the afternoon. Plus, I don't like pepperoni pizza that is made from a plain pie with pepperoni slices placed on when they heat it up. If your going to make a pie add all the toppings that should be on it then cook it all together so the flavors blend.

I had to give a review after trying them 3 times. The meatballs taste like cardboard and are so overcooked, you can barely work a knife through them. Although they use good ingredients ON their pizza, the crust is worse than their meatballs. I can understand a disappointment once, but 3 times tells me never to go back and I won't.

Ordered a large pie today for lunch. It was delivered quickly in less than 20 minutes, but it was uappetizing. All the cheese had slid from one side of the pizza leaving it half cheeseless. Forget about the greasy slices of pepperoni or sausage pizza, this was the most disappointing pizza i've had by far from this place. Everytime I grab a slice from here the quality has declined. I am no longer patronizing this place.

the only thing worth getting there is the "Grandma Slice"... ask for it, the guy knows what u want and its the best slice in midtown
