Beet

Just went here on a date with my boyfriend and I was super impressed with the place. I am a very picky eater and usually find one place I like and stick with it. He surprised me and took me here and I was shocked to discover how great the food was! The place is small and intimate and the staff was very attentive. I would recommend this place and I know for sure I will be back!

A cut above the routine Thai.

I usually get pretty good food here, but admittedly, they can be inconsistent as far as quality goes (like most places in park slope.) Noodle dishes and meat dishes are usually a good bet. The drinks are also very good.

I've been ordering from Beet for years, but I won't again. Green curry with chicken was one of the few dishes I have ordered over and over. But I just had it for the first time in a while, and it's really like I ordered from a different restaurant. the vegetables were not cooked properly (the eggplant was inedible), and the curry was a strange consistency and flavor. No complexity. Not sure if it there's a new chef or what but it was unappetizing.

i use beet mostly for delivery which is on time and food delish. the jeep dumplings are great and so are their soups and the calamari - and i dont eat calamari except for here. only been a few times for lunch and was treated great. my favorite is the green curry which i love very spicy nice mix of meat and veg. i think everyones tastes are different so try them for a meal or delivery use seamless and see for yourself

The food was served raw and the wait staff was rude. I wouldn't even go back here for a free meal.
