    Excellent delivery

We order from here nearly once a week and have yet to be disappointed. The food is wonderful and the delivery service is exemplary. I don't love to dine in at Beet only because of the pink neon lights. But I can't say enough good things about the food and service.

    Beet Lover!

My coworkers and I order from Beet's Lunch Menu every other week. It's the best Thai I've had for it's value. In my opinion it's better than Lantern in Brooklyn Heights & Sea in Williamsburg. Where else can you get an appetizer and an entree for $7!!!! The food is always hot when it gets here, and my coworkers have nothing but good things to say about it as well.

    great

Food is great! Really better quality Thai than most places. Beet is still my heart.

    It was okay

The food was fine...for what it's worth, my green curry chicken was almost identical to Song (to which all Park Slope Thai shall be compared to), albeit not as flavorful as theirs (and a bit more expensive). However, I was charged $6 for the poorly assembled "salad" rolls, while menupages AND their website said that these were $4--and you can't really argue with a delivery guy when you've already paid by CC. Therefore, I will simply state a caveat emptor is that prices on the menu may be lower than they actually are, which is fairly unsettling. Once again, Song stays on top for food quality and value.

    Good food. Fake Prices.

The prices on their website are outdated. They say they will update it, but do not. They are very rude when told about this. Be careful of this swindel.

Such a wonderful place to dine in!

Well... after reading the reviews, I've picked to try Beet Thai this evening with my boyfriend. No doubt people have been rated this place in such high quality food. Believe me, I've had the best thai food at this restaurant ever since I moved to Park Slope several weeks ago. They have pretty good portion in each dish. You've got to try this place with such great taste; trust me, it's worth the try.

    Frozen shrimp, alright entrees

My friend and I were really excited to try Beet for lunch after reading the reviews. Since it was bitter cold outside, I decided to start my meal with the shrimp dumpling soup. When it arrived, it looked very appetizing. I took a spoonful of broth..yum! I took a spoonful of broth and dumpling.....The shrimp was still frozen in the center. Totally inexcusable. The Chicken Rama arrives and it was presented nicely, so I was hoping this would redeem the terrible soup.. I took a bite of chicken in the peanut sauce and was not very happy. The sauce had a weird sort of sweetness to it that I couldn't really place. Overall, the Rama was alright, but I have certainly had better Thai food else where. My friend got the Thai Garlic Chicken (which looked identical to the Rama, except different sauce) which she said was good, but again, nothing worth going back for. My half of the meal came to $14 after tip...a bit too much for such a mediocre meal.
