Beer Saloon (CLOSED)

I'm sitting in Beer Saloon on their wifi, thinking how rare I get a chance to do a live review. I just finished off one of the most delicious pork chops I've had in a restaurant. It had the perfect sear, and maintained a moistness that comes with a perfectly cooked piece of meat. Served with sauteed mushrooms and slightly caramelized onions which took it over the top, and the slightly pickled cabbage sealed the deal nicely. Of course that's in addition to the star of the show, which is my favorite beer, one you can only find at bars that really know their beers, a schneiderweiss. Beer saloon has plenty of beers on tap and I've come here often enough to try most of them, as well as one of the most pleasant mulled wines (perfect on a cold night). It's a great neighborhood spot that's welcoming to anyone who visits. I've also had some other delicious fare here at such as the sausages and the pea puree which tastes like a mix between mashed potatoes and the perfect split pea soup. I've not been disappointed once. This place is definitely worth visiting and often.
