Great place!
Beco is an awesome little place with delicious but reasonably priced food and a very friendly staff! Highly recommended.

Get the Bauru!
This place is cozy and never very full when I'm there, so nice and quiet. I got the feijoada the first time I was there and it was just eh, but my friend got the Bauru and it was to die for! we've been back twice since then just to order the Bauru, which comes with these amazing little frites that are so tiny and crunchy they really can't be considered french fries. The collard greens are a perfect accompaniment to the sandwich.

Mellow
Good brazilian food! Great relaxing environment for a wonderfully comfortable dining experience. I live on the same block and have enjoyed becco since it's opening. The service is great as well as the hospitality. From time to time there is live music which is nice. It's a small warm resturant with alot of heart!

Awesome Brazilian
Not what you might think--this is not a churrasqueria. What it is, is a cozy place to have some amazing food and drinks. I stumbled (literally) onto this place while hanging at Pete's Candy Store right around the corner. The atmosphere is very laid back, good sounds, great lighting. The staff is very attentive and the food blew me away. The shrimp stew is awesome, but the veggie sandwich tops my list. If you go, be sure to order the cheese bread, it takes a little longer to be ready, but sooooo worth the wait.
