Our order was completely bungled. It took them 3 deliveries to get the order right and then the lady on the phone offered us a free desert. I don't have enough space here to explain how bad the overall experience was but the food was of poor quality and the service poor.

Me and 2 friends came to becketts on a tuesday night and had a blast. The waitress was funny, attentive, and was willing to get us new drinks before we even thought about it. Great burgers, fantasssstic calamari ( a little different, but in a good way! ) and all around, a good time. Will definitely go back and living in the financial district, it will be my go to place. It's on a busy street, but is always packed, meaning something good right?!

I always order from here - never have been to the place! they have the best meatloaf that I've ever had!!! the calamari is delicious as well. a little expensive, but worth it. don't order online though - they don't check their website!

Count on it....you will be disappointed with the service. The staff is consistently Inattentive, uninterested, and not motivated to provide service. Unfortunately, the food is not worth the extended wait either! It wont arrive as you requested and is marginal at best. Lots of other choices on Stone Street. Keep walking past this one!

Went here for brunch this past Sunday. We asked the waitress about some of the menu items, she shrugged and said 'don't know.' Then when the food came out, half the people didn't get anything. the waitress came out to 'check' but really she forgot their orders and had to retake them. by the time their food came ours was cold. then we got the bill. not only did they over charge us but i got charged double because my beer wasnt on the brunch list...it doesnt say that anywhere and the waitress didnt say anything. when i asked the bartender about it and said i would pay the difference but its ridiculous to have to pay the full price she said 'too bad'. then when they fixed out check the waitress had the nerve to say 'remember guys, the tip isnt included!'. i could not believe how poor the service was.

The food and staff are excellent. You couldn't ask for a better menu which offers a wide selection to fit everyones taste! The manager is the best and always greets customers giving his pub a nice family feel.

This is a great place to go and watch any sporting event as they have all the packages. We have returned several times to watch different events and the staff is very friendly. In addition the food is also very good. I have tried various items on the menu from appetizers to full course meals and they are all excellent
