I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Becco's. Overrated! The food was mediocre and definately not worth the $30 per plate. Unlimited pasta they say?......we never got our second plate full! The place was also uncomfortable in its seating. Six of us were squeezed into a table for four! We were better off at a diner booth!

We had our office Christmas party here. We were seated promptly at the time of our reservation. We chose to have unlimited pasta with our meals and diferrent wines with each course. The Wine Steward chose the wines for us and he made perfect choices each time. The food was exceptional and the waitstaff always made sure everthing was fine and if we needed anything. We have dined here many times and highly recommend dinning here. Because it is so close the theatres I would highly recommend reservations. The Restaurant does get very crowded durring peak hours.

Excellent food, very good service. Space is a little crowded. Place was packed at 6:30pm. Highly recommeneded.

This was our third time here for diner and, as usual, it was a very good experience. It is a little crowded but so are most places in Manhattan. Besides, we got to meet soem lovely local folks seated next to us. My on emistake was not paying attention to the exact pasta dishes on the prix fixe menu. The pumpkin seed ravioli was delicious but very rich and the pesto spaghetti was not to my taste. The shrimp with pene in a creamy tomoato sauce was fantastic and my wife's striped bass were both delicious. The canoli's for desert were awesome. I wil go back here again in the future, highly recomennded!!

Came here with no reservation and was seated at the bar immediately. Were in a rush for a show so we had the pasta tasting. At twenty-one dollars it was a great value. The pastas were all excellent. The place was packed - but who cares when the food is so good! The waitstaff was very pleasant too!

We live in phoenix but happened to be in manhatten 6 times in the last 4 months. we went to Becco's because a friend recommended it and it was great. We went back every trip. The syphony of pasta fixed menu is always a good recommendation. I also tried the steak and it was creatively presented and cooked.

We had a very short wait - but we had reservation for 5p.m. We were lucky and had a great table right by the wine book case. Service was good. The only grip I had about my meat was that I order veal parma. but it came with no side dish. It needed a small side dish of pasta. Also the veal pizzalo needed a side dish also, because the steak meal and the veal chop had side dishes it made it complete. We had the desser sampler and we were very happy with it. I do agree that the place is too small and over crowded if you do not go early to dine. As we were leaving we had a hard time getting out of the restaurant. It was a fire hazard.
